Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and IFA Hotels & Resorts have formed a worldwide partnership to develop and operate Mövenpick Hotels & Residences globally, starting with the development of the Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Laguna Tower Dubai.

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is a premium hotel management company with over 12,000 employees, and is represented in 25 countries with over 80 hotels existing or under construction. Its core markets include Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. This international hotel group with Swiss roots is forging ahead with its expansion and aims to extend its portfolio to include 100 hotels by 2010. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has an established presence in the four and five star segment with two types of accommodation: business and conference hotels and holiday resorts.
