IFA Hotels & Resorts has entered into a strategic alliance with Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI) to develop leading international resorts throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

KHI was established in March 2000 to consolidate the Middle East hotel portfolio of His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. HRH Prince Alwaleed is the Chairman of the Board of KHI. Reinforcing IFA Hotels & Resorts close working relationship with KHI, Mr. Jassim Al Bahar, Chairman and Managing Director of International Finanical Advisors (IFA Hotels & Resorts majority shareholder), also sits on the board of KHI. KHI has a portfolio of 26 hotels, 15 of which are operational, representing assets in excess of US$ 1 billion.
