Indian Ocean Resorts came to conceptual existence in 1995 to take an active role in marketing Seychelles internationally through the identification and planning of Premier Development opportunities, for both Seychelles & international investors to develop and operate integrated and mixed-use hotel and tourism projects in Seychelles. The acquisition of a long-term lease, and the consequent Master Plan for Ste Anne Island, is one of the results of the company’s efforts which led to the incorporation of the Seychelles company in 1998.
