Zimbali Coastal Resort - Southern Africa"s Premier Resort and Residential development - walked away with the majority of the awards at the International Property Awards, held at the Marriot Grosvenor Square in London.

Attended by more than 500 international property developers, architects, interior designers and realtors from around the world, the International Property Awards ceremony is heralded as "the Oscars" of the property industry, with the aim of distinguishing the highest levels of achievement in a range of property-related fields.

Award categories encompass estate agents, property developers, architects, interior designers and many other areas of the residential property trade, from any country.

Zimbali Coastal Resort was entered into the Best South African Development, Best South African Golf Development and Best South African Developer Marketing categories and scooped the five star award in each, going forward above other South African entrants to compete for the overall title of Best International Development, against other countries.

Proudly, Andreas Wassenaar, Sales and Marketing Manager for Zimbali, took centre stage one more time to accept yet another award for Zimbali - that of Best International Property Marketing.

This is the second time this year that Zimbali Coastal resort has been recognised for its sterling efforts within the property industry. Just four months ago, the resort was awarded with a silver award for the Best Estate Agency Marketing at the annual Homes Overseas Awards in London.
