Future plans in 2005 will see the upgrade and expansion at the Resort of existing and the creation new facilities, and include a New Equestrian Horse Riding Facility.

Rides through the Estate and along the beach have long been a part of the "eco-lifestyle" experience at Zimbali. In consultation with a leading equestrian professional team, and taking into account the Resorts ‘ unique requirements, MIFA (Moreland/IFA Hotels & Resorts joint- venture) will invest in an Equestrian Centre for the Zimbali Coastal and future Zimbali Lakes, to retain and further enhance the horse riding experience within the estate.
