For the second consecutive year Zimbali Coastal Resort has scooped four top accolades at the International Property Awards held this past September in London. Hailed as the ‘Oscars’ of the international property market, the awards recognise the highest level of property-related achievement worldwide.

Award categories cover all aspects of the industry including property and developer website, architecture and golf development et al. Andreas Wassenaar, Vice President Sales & Marketing for IFA Hotels & Resorts Africa and Indian Ocean attended the gala event where he proudly walked away with top honours in the categories: BEST PROPERTY MARKETING - SOUTH AFRICA; BEST GOLF DEVELOPMENT - SOUTH AFRICA; BEST ARCHITECTURE SINGLE UNIT - SOUTH AFRICA for 7 Cherrywood Lane and BEST DEVELOPER WEBSITE - SOUTH AFRICA. This is the second consecutive year that Zimbali has been recognised in the categories Best Property Marketing South Africa and Best Golf Development South Africa.

Zimbali Coastal Resort has also been nominated by the CNBC International Property Awards to compete with all international winners from 56 countries. This is the final leg of the 2007 International Property Awards and Zimbali has been nominated in the categories of BEST INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MARKETING (one of 6 nominees) and BEST INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPER WEBSITE (one of 5 nominees). The event will be held in Las Vegas in November.
