We are very pleased to announce
the continued expansion of our
Client Relationship Management
centre based at our Head Office in
Dubai. Our vision is to provide a
dedicated point of contact for our
clients throughout the world and
over the past few months we have
made great progress in further
establishing our service centre.
Due to the phenomenal growth
that IFA Hotels & Resorts has
experienced, it has been necessary
to plan for success and source
experienced customer service
executives who are able to assist
international clients with all their
enquiries.What started off initially
as a very small team of customer
service advisors managing general
enquiries has now evolved into a
thriving services centre, employing a
diverse and skilled workforce trained
to meet the needs of all our clients.
We are also happy to announce the
arrival of Debby Sinclair, CRM
Manager, who was recently
appointed to develop IFA Hotels &
Resorts’ Client Relationship
Management Services. Debby has
over twenty years’ experience in the
service industry, working for highly
reputable corporate and private
enterprises in the UK and overseas.
Debby brings a wealth of services
experience to the team and she is
committed to developing and
delivering exceptional customer care
standards via her well trained and
knowledgeable team.
In addition to our selective
recruitment process and ongoing
training of experienced personnel,
we have recently made a
substantial investment in upgrading
our internal systems and client
database.We are reinforcing our
commitment and dedication to
providing a value added support
service to our valued clientele.
Currently, we are also researching
various telephone systems
technology with the intention of
implementing a fully automated and
integrated system in the very near
future.We want to provide a single
contact telephone number via a
superior system, making it easier for
clients to call us. Furthermore, we
are exploring various options to
introduce a toll free number which
we hope to make available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.
The pace of change at Head Office,
especially within our Client
Relationship Management Centre,
has been truly amazing and
underpins our continued success.
Our passion to provide an
exceptional level of client care is at
the core of all the sweeping changes
taking place and we are extremely
proud of our progress to date.We
are still in pursuit of excellence and
further changes are afoot. However
we are pleased to say we are moving
rapidly in the right direction.
Eventually, our client relations centre
in Dubai will become the ‘one stop
shop’ for all client queries for IFA
Hotel & Resorts projects worldwide.
