United Investments Portugal (UIP) is an IFA consortium company that developed the luxury Sheraton Algarve Hotel that forms part of the Starwood
Luxury Collection.
UIP was also the original force behind the creation of IFA Hotels &
Resorts flagship operation, Pine Cliffs Resort, which comprises some 70
hectares with a golf course, the 215-room Sheraton Algarve Hotel and the Pine
Cliffs Vacation Club. The resort also boasts a private residence club
called Premiere Club and a freehold residential development called The
Terraces. Pine Cliffs is one of the pioneers behind the concept of
extending five-star hotel service to the residents of the resort.
The development model applied to Pine Cliffs has since
become the blueprint for all IFA Hotels & Resorts' projects. It set
the precedent for ensuring the delivery of properties that combine
excellent investment opportunities with experiences which merit the IFA
Hotels & Resorts' credo: ‘Living à la carte’.
